Love to see the power of spreading a message through the use of social media. I have to question, however, your metrics and means for collecting who got retweeted. Our organization, @AbolishCancer was built on the premise of using Twitter and social media to not only raise funds for cancer charities and organizations but to also raise awareness. Over the past year we hosted several Twitterthons where people’s follows and retweets led to funds for cancer organizations. Many of these campaigns received over 200 retweets yet our organization or specific campaigns were not mentioned in your analysis.
Our tweets commonly get over 100 retweets on a regular basis. Why? Not because we think we have some secret nobody else has, rather people are using Twitter as a means of support for those who have cancer and are impacted by cancer. This exchange creates such a valuable resource for people who are “in the fight”.
I’m disappointed that the @AbolishCancer community was not recognized in your analysis yet applaud those who “made the cut”.

Darah, thank you for your comment.
It looks like you are doing great work at @AbolishCancer.
It is great to hear about all of the organization’s Twitter success.
If you look closely at the infographic, it focuses on small business not NFPO.
Keep up the good work!
